The CC meet started right at 9:00 a.m. with Division 3 & 4 girls running against one another. There were a total of 72 runners in this race. The 4 BL/OHS/MCC girls were out at the gunman start.

• Jackie Bladzik, finished 11th with time of 22:00:59 and a medal
• Ashley Zupin 26th time of 23:23:43 and a medal
• Freshman Carmen Hayes running her first CC meet finished 55th time of 27:59:67
• Cali Schoedel finished 57th with time of 28:29:10.

In the Boys JV race there were 127 runners. These 5 runners ran for BL/0HS Andy D., Nick Bradford, Justin Zupin, Mike Coryell and Tony Lewis.

The boys, under coach Dal Townsend, in Division 3 & 4th took first place overall and brought home the 1st place trophy with 88 points. They were followed in 2nd place Pine River with 99 points.

Great Job guys and Coach Dal Townsend, on your first meet of the season. Luke Allen was there to cheer his teamates on. Luke is out with a foot injury, and he is hoping to start running with the team soon.
