What is YAC?

YAC is a group of students from Manistee County whose purpose is to learn about the needs of the youth in the community and then make appropriate grants to meet those needs. Through the activities students develop philanthropy, leadership and communication skills. The committee meets once a month during the school year and during school hours at one of the local schools. YAC works under the guidance of the Manistee County Community Foundation.

If you are interested in joining YAC this year or next year please see Ms. Stendel
