Boys Race: the Boys they took 1st place over MCE with Josh Groenwald finishing 1st and Luke Allen 2nd and on all conference 1st team is Josh Groenwald , Luke Alllen, Nick Swisher, Nate Milarch and Dan Deising.

Girls
Race: The girls took 1st place in the conference
by defeating Pentwater. Leading the way tonight for the
girls was Samantha Mitchell finishing 2nd, Jackie Bladzik
3rd, Ashley Zupin 4th, Samantha Bladzik 5th ,6th Elsie
Ocelnik,and 8th Cali Schoedel. Named to the girls 1st
team all conference was Samantha Mitchell, Elsie Ocelnik,
Jackie Bladzik, and Ashley Zupin.

Congratulation to the Boys and Girls
for running to another WMD Conference Championship and to
their Coach Dal Townsend and Asst. Anthony Torres Will try to get a list of the times from tonight and complete break down on 1st,2nd and honorable mention runners for the conference. It started right with the Junior High School for BL/OHS/MCC. by narrowly beating MCE to become WMD conference champs. Scott McKreel came running across the finish line first and was named the no.1 runner in the Middle School WMD Conference. Teammate Erci Maddox was second, Andy Alllen 4th, Chad 6th and Justin Zupin 11th. Courtney Swisher was 2nd Girl to finish. Next Meet this Saturday at Elk Rapids and then on 10/25/03 the Regionals at WSCC to see whom goes to STATE on NOVEMBER 1 Dennis |
