On a cool windy snowy, rainy and sleet afternoon the runner were off and running at 4:15 p.m. and both boys and girls took first place in and afternoon that was anything but nice to run in as the runners had to watch their steps as they ran the slippery course.
The BL/OHS/MCC boys they had a near perfect score and took 1st place with 17 points [a perfect score is 15 points] 2nd MCE 47; 3rd Brethren 77,;4th Walkerville with 99 points. Pacing the way for the boys was 1st Josh Groenwald 17:03; 2nd Luke Allen 17:04; 3rd Nick Swish 17:49; 5th Nate Milarch 18:03; 6th Dan Diesing 18:15; 10th Nick Sidor 18:59; 15th Justin Carter 19:34; 19th Alex Savory 20:08; 21st Kellen Story 20:14; 25th Jordan Wilson 21:45; 26th Mike Coryell 22:09 and 29th Nick Schmoke 27:29.

The BL/OHS/MCC Girls finished 1st with 25 points; 2nd Pentwater 63; 3rd MCE 74; 4th Brethren with 81 points and 5th Walkerville with 89 points. Pacing the Ladies was 2nd Samantha Mitchell 20:55; 3rd Jackie Bladzik 21:45; 5th Ashley Zupin 22:35; 6th Cali Schoedel 22:50; 9th Elsie Ocelnik 24:51; 13th Stephanie Keith 25:51; 14th Jamie Kirk 26:33; 18th Megan Griven 29:52 and 20th Crystal Luce 31:33.
