Dec. 9 Home	Frankfort	Onekama lost their season opener non-conference to the Frankfort Panthers by a score 72 to 49. Leading scores for the Portagers was Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman who burned the nets for 22 points, Tayler Fraly netted 11, Nate Griswold added 6, Matt Fredericks 5, Brenen Miester 3, Dave Gillespie & Nate Milarch each added 1 point.
Dec. 12 Away	Baldwin	Onekama won 48-46. Brennan Meiser scored 10 points
Dec. 16 Away	MCC	Onekama lost 55-43 Tuesday 12/16/03 Onekama JV traveled to MCC to take on the Sabres and trailed at the half by a score of 32 to 26 and the young Portagers couldn't catch up in the 2nd half and lost by a score of 55 to 43 to see their season record slip to 1-2 for the season.
Dec. 19 Home	Pentwater	Onekama won 62-50 In the JV conference game against the Pentwater Falcons at home on 12/19/03 the JV led at the half by a score of 31 to 26 and in the 2nd half the young Portagers kept there pace up and pulled away to a 62 to 50 win over the Falcons to make there conference record at 2-0 and there season record at 2-2 Leading the way tonight was Dave Gillespie with 12 points Tayler Fraly added 11, Matt Fredericks and Brenen Meister each netted 10 point apiece, Nate Milarch gunned in 9 points, Nate Griswold tossed in 7 points and Justin Sedlemaier put in 3 points for the Portagers. Jan. 6 Home	MCE	Onekama lost 37 to 59. On the 1/06/04 the JV Boys played the MCE Cardinals at OHS gym in there first game after the holiday break at the half the young Portagers were behind by a score of 15 to 25 and in the 2nd half the Portagers couldn't get any closer as they lost there 1st conference game by a score of 37 to 59 to see there conference record go to 2-1 and there season record to 2-3 Leading the way for the Portagers was Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman with 12 points , followed by Brenen Meister with 7, Matt Fredricks added 6, Nate Griswold got 5, Tayler Fraly connected for 4, Jared Lutz got 2, and Nate Milarch 1.
Jan. 9 Away	Walkervillle	Onekama's JV beat Walkerville by a score of 56 to 52 at Walkerville
Jan. 16 Home	Brethren	Onekama lost to Brethren 58-56. Matt Fredericks scored 14 and Nate Griswold 13 for the Portagers.
Jan. 17 home	Manistee Catholic	Onekama Won 56-43 Nate Milarch scored 13 points, followed by Nate Griswold's 12, and Matt Frederick's 10 points.Taylor Fraley had 15 rebounds and Milarch 10.

Jan. 23 Home	Free Soil	Onekama Won 68-40 Friday night 1/23/04 the JV boys Basketball team took on the Freesoil Pirates who traveled into Portager country. At the end of the first quarter the Pirates held a 12 to 13 lead over the young Portagers. In the second quarter Portagers started to click and took a 26 to 20 lead at the half. In the second half they kept the pace up and came away with a 68 to 40 win to improve there season record to 5-5 and their conference record to 4-3. Leading the Portages to victory were Tayler Fraly with 18 points, Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman added 15, Matt Fredericks netted 14 points, Brenen Meister & Nate Griswold swished in 7 points each, Jordan Pomeroy hit for 5, and Nate Milarch had 2 points.
Jan. 30 Home	Baldwin	Onekama JV Wins 47 to 36 The JV Hosted the Baldwin Panthers in a conference game. In a close game most of the way the Portagers led by 10-9 after 1 quarter and by a score of 28 - 22 at the halftime and going into the 4th quarter the Portagers led by a score 0f 35-31. They were able to outscore the Panthers in the final period to win by a score of 47 to 36 to improve their conference record to 5-3 and their overall record to 6-5. Pacing the Portagers in scoring was Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman who netted 18, Talyer Fraly connected for 15, Nate Griswold added 6, Nate Milarch put in 4 and Justin Sedlemaier and Matt Fredericks added 2 each
Feb. 3 Away	Mesick	Onekama loses 46-64: The JV boys Basketball team traveled over to Mesick to take on the Bulldogs of Mesick in a non conference game and came away with a 46 - 64 lost to see there season record drop to a even 6-6 Matt Frederricks led the Portagers in scoring with 15 points.
Feb. 6 Away	Pentwater	Onekama Won 51-47. Curtiss Stedman scored 12 points, Nathan Griswold 13, Matt Fredertics 10, David Gillispie 7 and Justin Sedelmaier 5. Photographs by Katie O-Rorke Stedman
Feb. 10 Away	Mason County E	Cancelled and is rescheduled for Saturday 2/21/04 At 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon at MCE. Onekama has a high school dance that evening at home.
Feb. 13 Home	Walkerville	Onekama Won 64-38: On Friday the 13 the the Walkerville Wildcats came to OHS to take on the our JV Portagers in a conference game. The Portagers led at the half by a score of 23 to 18 and in the second half they rolled right along on to a 64 to 38 Victory over the Wildcats. Leading the Portagers in Scoring was Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman with 17 points, Mat Fredricks added 12, Dave Gillespie hit for 9, Nate Griswold put up 8, Tayler Fraly 6, Nate Milarch, Brenan Meister and Justin Selemaier all added 4 points each as the Portagers record improved to 8-6 overall and 7-3 in conference play
Feb. 20 Away	Brethren	Onekama Lost 61-53: On Friday night the JV lost to Brethren at Brethren by a score of 61-53 as their conference record fell to 7-4 and their season record to 8-7. Leading the Portagers in scoring was Dave Gillespie with 13, Tayler Fraley added 12 and Matt Fredericks 10.
Feb. 21 Away	Mason County E	Onekama Lost 46-65: On Saturday 2/21/04 the JV boys Traveled to MCE to take on the Cardinals in a conference make up game. The Portagers kept it close and only trailed Custer by a score of 29-24 at the half but in the second half the Cardinals took control and beat the Portagers by a score of 46-65 and the Portagers conference record fell to 6-5 and their season record to 8-8. Leading the Portagers in scoring was Nate Griswold with 16, Matt Fredricks added 10, Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman added 8,Tayler Fraly 4, Nate Milarch and Dave Gillespie 3 each and Brenen Meister 2.
Feb 24 Home	BearLake	OnekamaLost 67-77: Photographs On Tuesday 2/24/04 the JV boys hosted county Rival Bear Lake at home in a conference game. At the half the young Portagers trailed the Lakers by a score of 26-42. The Portagers didn't give up in the second half and came back, but not enough and lost by a score of 67-77. Their conference record fell to 7-6 and their season record to 8-9 with two games left on there schedule. Curtiss O'Rorke Stedman led the Portagers by burning the nets for 21 points. Nate Griswold added 15 and Nate Milarch with 10 to pace the Portager attack. Next up Freesoil on Friday 2/27/04.
Feb 27 Away	FreeSoil	Onekama Pictures On the 2/27/04 the JV traveled to Freesoil to take on the Pirates but came up on the short end and lost their final conference game of the year as their conference record for the season ended at a even 7-7 and their season record dropped to 8-10.
March 3	Manton	The JV traveled to Manton for their final game of the season to take on the Rangers in their new gym but fell short and closed out the season with a loss and their season ended with a 8-11 record.
