Onekama Gold Fights Hard

For the Gold team- Traverse City and O Gold both scored a touchdown in the first quarter, ours by #13, Jake Griffiths. Gold was able to add the extra point field goal by #20, Blake Soper, putting them ahead 8-6.

Just before the half, Onekama drove the ball down to the three yard line just as the clock ran out of time.

 After the half, the game was deadlocked until 2:20 on the clock. O Gold fumbled on the 30 yd line and TC gained possession. After two plays, TC broke an outside run and scored. The final score was Onekama Gold-8, TC-12.

Onekama fought hard and we are excited to see what next Saturday brings.
