The first stage of the Badger trip: an early morning ride on an Onekama School bus.

This year was so awesome! We got to ride on the S. S Badger! It was awesome it took four hours to get from Michigan to Wisconsin! Then it took four hours to get from Wisconsin to Michigan. The boat was so big I could not believe it!  I like most was badger bingo!

The class of 20018 went on the S.S. Badger. We went to the Wisconsin Museum. Me and my Mom got to go in a submarine with other people. It was fun going on the Badger to the Museum. The boat was huge bigger then it's sister the S. S. Spartan. The badger brought trains over to Wisconsin before. ~Katelynn F.

 The Badger was really cool! On the deck it was really windy, so I mostly stayed inside. There was a movie theater on the boat. There was also Badger Bingo!
Once we were in Wisconsin we went to a museum and went through a submarine. It was awesome!    ~Emily B.

This year we went on the Badger. I was late so the moms drove me to the Badger. The boat was moving side to side. The gift shop we when to the the museum. We were on a submarine. It was so small. i had so much FUN!! ~Ashton H.

   This year the fifth grade class went on the SS Badger. I liked the Badger bingo the most it was very fun.
   It was very windy that day. I got a ton of stuff in the gift shop! When we got to Wisconsin we went to the museum.
   I got a few things in that gift shop also. I had a great time!

We went on the Badger June 1st. We had to leave at 7:15 from school! I had to get up early. When we got to Ludington we waited for all the other cars to get on and so the bus could get on last. Then when we got on we went in the boat and met in the lounge! The after a while we played Badger Bingo the guy was really funny! When we got to Wisconsin we docked the ship and went to the Maritime Museum, and we went on a submarine tour. Then after that we went back on the Badger and headed home. It was a fun time! ~Elizabeth D.

Windy Weather!

We went on the badger Wednesday. We had a lot of fun. It was really windy on the front and some people got sea sick.  ~Jared S.

Badger Bingo!

The S.S. Badger was a lot of fun! My favorite thing was bingo. the guy was hilarious! I got a little woozy though. It was really fun!

On the trip to the badger we were on the ship for four hours there and four hours back. It was fun. On the ship there is a movie theatre and an arcade. The badger was fun    ~Jaylen

My class went on the Badger on June1, 2001. I had to get up really early and had to get to the school so we could get on the bus. Then when we got there we got off and Steve our bus driver loaded the bus on the boat. It was fun for me and my friends. We were walking around the top of the boat and in the arcade.
