For Christmas around the world we have located China, Israel, Africa and Mexico on the map.  We made paper chains which is one decoration used on “trees of light” in China, we played the dreidel game and learned about Hanakkuh, we made ziwadi (hand-made gifts) like in Africa during Kwanzaa, and we learned some Christmas words in Spanish, and we learned Spanish number words.   Whew! We have been BUSY!!
