On Friday
10/16/09 was homecoming for Onekama. We had a Pep Assembly today. I was
in it with the pop Warner. First we just stood in front of the varsity.
Then the middle school team did the same. We got to verse the middle
school team in tug of war and we won, with the help of two varsity
players. Homecoming is the best part of school. ~Austin
Sprite week
was awesome. One thing that was awesome was when Ms. Woolman dressed up
as supergirl. She had a blond wig, supergirl cloths, and a cape.
Another thing that was awesome the pepaspart was when semlby. The
awesome part was when some of the football players had a fashion show.
They dressed up in dresses, and swimsuits. Sprite week was funny.

On October,
16th we had spirit week. It's where you have a whole bunch of holidays
at school. If I can remember we had gangster day, super hero day, and
blue and gold day. I got my hair painted and my face painted. We also
had a pep assembly. I got to be in one of the games. I got to paint
Haley Masers face. All he sudden she took the paper plate and put paint
on my face. That's what we did for spirit week. ~Taler
Today we had a
pep assembly to celebrate homecoming. Pretty much everybody wore blue &
gold. In the hallway they were selling blue & gold glowstick necklaces.
They were $2.00 each. I was wearing all blue so Kiara bought me a yellow
one. At the pep assembly they had a contest for Mr. Onekama and Kevin O'
Conner won. For the Mr. Onekama contest the guys had to wear prom
dresses and swimsuits. The pep assembly was awesome.

Today our school
had a pep assembly. We had the pep assembly to cheer on are football
team for their homecoming game. Are pop Warner team got to get
announced. Also are team got to play tug of war against the middle
school football team. Are team won! I cheered so hard that I lost my
voice! Also the teachers played against the high school football team in
tug of war. The pep assembly was really fun! ~Robert
We had a fun time. We had a fun time at the pep assembly. On this day
everyone in school wears blue and gold. At the pep assembly the first
thing they did is announced the football players’ names. There were a
lot of football players. The best activitie was that the cheer leaders
made up was the boys had to dress up in dresses. At the end everyone did
tug-a-war. The pep assembly was fun.

Today I went to a
pep assembly. Some of the high-school boys wore dresses. The pop-Warner
boys beat the middle-school football team at tug of war. Also the
pop-Warner kids got to go out on the gym floor in front of the Varsity
football team. Also the high-school had a belching contest. Plus there
was a pie the teacher thing. Those are some things that happened at the
pep assembly.

Blue and gold day was fun. Everyone in our class wore blue and gold. We
had a fun pep assembly in the gym. There was all kinds of fun stuff to
watch. At almost every pep assembly a teacher gets a pie in the face. At
this one, Mr. Baldner got pied. It was very funny. My favorite thing
they did was some boys put on a fashion show to compete for Mr. Onekama.
Kevin O'Connor won. They put a special sash and a burger king crown on
him. Blue and gold day was awesome!

On Friday
October 16th, 2009 was very fun. It was fun because there was a big pep
assembly. At the assembly everybody was all fired up. The first couple
things to introduce all the football players even the pop Warner team.
After that they had a teacher get a pie in the face. Then after the burp
contest they had a tug-of-war competition between the 1st grade and the
kindergarten and 1st grade won. All the chaos was fun and loud.

Spirit week
was fun. Friday 10/16/09 was the day of a pep assembly. I was really
looking forward to it. They had some football players dress up in
dresses. Some of my classmates got to paint some middle-school and
high-school students faces. Their faces looked really funny by time they
were completely painted! My favorite part was when they had a burping
contest. I was kind of sad though when I found out that we couldn't do
the shoe run or the tug-u-war. The pep assembly was really fun. ~Jarrod

was so cool. It was my first time at the pep assembly. I wish that are
class could of did tug war. It was funney when the guy was in the
dresses. It was cool when the girls did the dunce. The people that

Spirit
week is very fun. You wear blue & gold and go to a Pep Assembly. I wore
blue jeans, a yellow shirt, and my nails painted blue & gold, blue and
gold hair ties, and my hair sprayed blue. At the Pep Assembly they had
tugg-o-war, bubble gum contest, and a lot of other stuff. I did not get
to do anything. I was sad that I couldn't do anything. The Pep Assembly
