Final Fifth Grade Field Trip:  All Aboard the S.S. Badger!

Crossing Lake Michigan on the Badger was an adventure.  The fifth graders and their bus were loaded on the car ferry for the voyage.   ~June 3, 2010

      We had a wonderful time aboard the Badger.  The kids loved Badger Bingo, the arcade, the movie theatre, and just the fun of roaming around on the boat.  We had a beautiful day to cross Lake Michigan.  It was warm, sunny, and calm.  The museum in Wisconsin was really interesting too.  The kids especially enjoyed the submarine tour and the hands-on water exhibit.  It was the perfect field trip to end the school year.
