 Visit
White Pine Village

          White Pine Village is one of the best field trips ever. I have never been to White Pine Village. I went with my class to White Pine village. We got to pick are chaperones. I was with Nick Falk’s mom. The first place we went was the doctor’s office. We saw a phone and an old typewriter. We saw a school house we went inside it. When we got inside we had to sit down in chairs and there was a teacher. I had a great time at White Pine Village. ~C.M.

I went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009. I had chocolate ice cream. I went on the hay ride. We went in the doctor’s office. We went in the hardware. We went to the saw mill. The church was cool to. I raced down the hill I almost fell down. We had lots of fun.    At  the  saw  mill  there  where  big  chunks  of  wood  falling  everywhere . After we left we took a class pitcher. Then we took a funny pitcher. Then we played on the stage.  ~D.J.

          My friends went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009.The people that was in my group were Caleb, Roberto and Kevin. Next we went to the barn house. The barn house was fun when we got to have a corn stock with syrup. My mom got to try it to “she is a chaperone “. When we got inside my mom and I went in the place where the cooper and I rote some questions then my mom rote the rest. Then we went to the school house “it was rate next to the barn “. When we got inside we got to pick our seat. Before school started our question was ”how many stars where on the flag” I thought the answer was 42 stars but it was 44 stars. We had a fun time at White Pine Village.    ~N.F.  

On October 8 2009 my class went to White Pine Village. It was so cool. We all had groups. My dad, Madison, Zoe and I were in a group. We had a long bus ride and then we finally got there. It was so cool. My favorite building was the school house. It was so cool. She told us a lot of weird things they did back then. The other one I liked was the Tapers house. It had a lot of furs and was very cozy. I really liked it there. I hope I go to White Pine Village again. ~E.B

Yesterday we went to White Pine Village! One of the places we went was the church. Inside there was a person that was playing an instrument. I forgot what it was called.  There was a cemetery. There was a stone that said someone lived for four mouths! We got to se how they cut the wood. There was a giant blade that cut the wood. We also went to the local store. It had things that were really cool. We also went on a hay ride. That is what we did at White Pine Village. ~J.T.

          I went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009. My favorite place was the saw mill! It was powered by a tractor. The tractor had streak of rubber. It powered the saw. We got to see a little tooth from the saw. There was a huge machine that would lock the wood and then the machine would move toured the saw then it would get lined up with the saw then it would get cut. Peaces of wood would fly right at us. The mans son was building a fort. It was cool. We got to go in the fort. It was made of scrapes of wood. I had great time at White Pine Village. ~J.E.

          Me and my class went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009. I went with Emily, Madison, and Mr. Beaman . My favorite part was the schoolhouse. The schoolhouse was fun because I got to learn about the olden days. The people back then had to write on slates instead of paper and instead of pencils they had metal pencil things. Then we ate ice cream! White Pine Village was awesome. ~Z.M.

        On October 8, 2009 my Class Went to White Pine Village. My favorite place was the schoolhouse. It was like you were actually in school. There was an old church there. This lady was a who played this very cool instrument. She said it was like an  Old piano. She also said that it’s related to the piano. There was a very cool one that had a light house light bulb. It also had Chessie Cat stuff there. There was one with someone making stew and cookies. There other places too. Then it was time to go. I had a awesome time there. ~M.M.

         My class went to White Pine Village. The whole 4th grade class went too. My chaperone was Mrs. Maxey. First we went to the museum of music. Mrs. Maxey, Sydnee and I learned the diference  between the saxophone and a clarinet! Next we went to the doctor’s office. The lady said a kid ate a penny and a tooth brush. I learned that that little kids had to only write with their right hand. I had a lot of fun at White Pine Village! ~J.B.

        White Pine Village was awesome. My favorite place was the saw mill! The blade was huge. It was powered by a tractor. The tractor broke after a while. It was chomping huge logs. There where lots of other places too. Everything was cool there. But the saw mill was the coolest. I learned a lot about the mail office. It was very cool. Like all of the mail boxes. There where over two-hundred. It was a lot of mail boxes. White Pine Village was the best field trip ever that I have been on. ~I.W.

My class went to White Pine Village October 8, 2009. I had Hobi and Emilee in my group. We went to the church and the chidden play with sofe  toys at the church. The cort is fun to go in and we had so much fun together. The ice cream is so good to eat. Hobi was happy. She was fun to have as a friend. Emilee was fun, too. We had a good time together.  IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. ~A.H.

My class went to white pine village on October 8, 2009. My favorite places were the doctor’s office and the school house. My chaperon was my grandma, Judy Bradford. Johnny Appleseed was there. We got to have ice cream. There were a lot of old things like houses, buildings and many more. I hope we can go back to white pine village. ~M.B.      

          My class went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009. We had groups my group was Sophie and Katlyenn. We had to find things on a sheet of paper. We found mostly every thing but one thing. There were a lot of buildings. There was a building that was very cool it was cool because they showed us how they built horse shoes. There were a lot of buildings that were heated. The last thing we did was go in the gift shop. My favorite thing was the farm house because they were really cooking. It smelt really good! A man that was dressed like Jonny apple seed greated us when we  got there. I had a great time at White Pine Village! ~E.D.

My class and I went to White Pine Village on October 8, 2009. My chaperone was my mom, Kris. I had my friends J.T, Ian and Junior. My teacher gave my mom a paper that we had to fill out. Then we went to a tree and we putt our lunches there. The first thing that we did was see this guy that made joss out of corn. We got to make some. It was good. Then we tried it with serape and it was good. Then we had to find things that where in the building.” There was this lady that played an interment that mad this relay cool sound.” I had the best and the most fun day ever at White Pine Village.
