Dear
Parents,
Wow! This
was a crazy week. Today was my first day to work this week. My family
and I have been ill. I am sorry for any confusion this may have
caused. I hope next week will be a better week. Weve had many
students and staff members sick with coughs, colds, fevers and/or flu.
This
morning we were supposed to start our class store, but I was unable to
have it ready in time. Students have started collecting money for
completing homework and being helpful to others. The items are hanging
in the store to tantalize them until next Friday. Also we were
supposed to walk to the Onekama Public Library today, but it will be
rescheduled. Several of us are not feeling well enough to walk in the
cold weather.
Attached
to your parent letter is a copy of our animal research project. Each
student will need to research an animal. Please read over the
directions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Next week
we will have a visit from High Tech Dental. Two hygienists will come
into our classroom from 9:00-9:30 to talk with our class about proper
dental health.
