Literature for the month of January 2009

To aide in reading comprehension, families are encouraged to check these books out at the library.  Most literature from this list will be read in class. With the classic pieces of literature such as fairytales, myths, and legends – any edition or version is fine.  Your librarian will gladly assist you in locating these titles.

By reading these titles at home with your child, their comprehension will improve and their appreciation for quality literature will become established.
