On September 15, 2008 the Michigan Cyber Safety Initiative came to our school. They talked about Internet safety. They talked about the three keeps. They were Keep Safe, Keep Away, Keep Telling. Mike Cox is who put together this CSI speech. He is the Attorney General of the Michigan CSI. Thank you for coming and giving that speech to us.    ~Jon

Keep Telling

 We had a presentation about Internet Safety. We learned the rules. Then the lady showed us a video of a kid meeting up with this stranger. He was chasing the kid everywhere. The kid was really scared. He was chasing the kid in a truck on the grass. ~Matt

I learned that somebody you are talking to can actually be someone you don't even know. Keep safe means don't tell anyone your password. Don't let anyone know your name or what you look like. The Internet is the worst place to talk to someone.  ~Ashley

There are three rules on Internet Safety. They are Keep Safe, Keep Telling, and Keep Away. These rules are very important and are rules I learned to keep me safe on the Internet.    ~Braden

There was a movie that showed us what an Internet predator is.  I'm so glad I went to the presentation.  ~Keith

Michigan CSI is a Safety program. Mike Cox ran this program. He is our Attorney General.  ~Jarrett

Mike Cox is our Attorney General. He went everywhere in Michigan. A girl told us about the chat room where you can chat on the internet. She told us the three most important rules. I learned a big lesson about the Internet.

The most important thing I learned was to never give out your name, grade, address, phone number, school and all that information.  ~Alyssan

They said anyone you meet on the Internet is a stranger. The Attorney General said to never meet someone you met on the Internet face to face.  ~Logan

September 15 we saw a presentation from Mike Cox and he is the best cop in the state.  I learned to be safe on the Internet. ~Jack

I learned that on the computer don't talk to about anyone your name, address, phone number, and not even your school name. ~Keegan
