Dear Parents,

On Thursday we will host our annual spring sing called “Olde Time Song Show” held in the gymnasium at 7:00 p.m.  All students are suggested to wear bright clothing.  Students should meet in the classroom at 6:45 p.m.  For more information, please locate Mrs. Eichberger’s flyer inside your child’s folder.

On Friday students will take their last spelling test for the year.  Also it will be the last week for homework.  The weather has been wonderful.  It’s time for them to get outside and enjoy the nice weather.  Also its soccer season so everyone’s busy with practice and games.  The All About Me book is still traveling around from family to family.  Most families have been sending it in the next day.  Thank you!!  I hope all students will have the opportunity to read this wonderful book at home by May 13^th. 

Most second grade students have finished learning lower-case cursive letters.  Now Mrs. Eichberger has been working with them on upper-case letters.  Enclosed is a sheet to show proper formation at home.
