Celebrating Christmas Jenafae For Christmas I spend time at my house. At our house we open presents on Christmas Eve. We open almost all the presents except for one. That one we open on Christmas day, before we open presents my mom takes a picture with the family then my grandma takes a picture with my mom in the picture. Then on Christmas day first thing in the morning we open that one present. Then we have cookies and eggnog. It is fun! Also usually my dad wares a Santa suit. He looks funny! Then I go to bed. I love Christmas. Celebrating Christmas Sarah I celebrate Christmas at my house. We buy lots of presents. We wakeup early in the morning and start to rip open presents! It is always so much fun. We are always together on Christmas! Sometimes I go with my Ant Patty to buy Celebrating Christmas Becky My family celebrates Christmas every year. Every Christmas morning I get up early but I don’t know why. I go out to the living room and look under the Christmas tree. There were tons of presents under there! Then I go and woke up my mom, dad, and brother. When Paul woke up [that’s my brother] he got mad at me because I woke him up so early in the morning. Anyway when we all were up we started to open presents. We always went in order. The order was youngest to oldest. I was always first to open my presents. After we would open all the presents at my house, we would go down to my grandma’s and grandpa’s house to open more gifts. Then we would eat Christmas dinner. We always had ham because it is my favorite type of meat. After we ate we would open Christmas cards. After we opened cards we would just talk. I love to celebrate Christmas with my family. Celebrating Christmas Quinn This is how we celebrate Christmas. The first thing we do is get up at 7:00 in the morning. Then we wake up our mom and dad. We open our presents first then our stockings. At like 10:00 our cousins usually come over. then at night my Aunt Pat and Uncle Norm. have a party. After the Christmas party is over we play with our presents, then go to bed. Celebrating Christmas Kaylan Every year for Christmas Eve we go to the candle light serves at church. They give us candles, and make the room really dark. Then we light each other’s candles. It’s fun until your arm starts to get tired. Then on Christmas Day we open presents, and dump out our stockings. We even have stockings for Peekaboo (my cat) and Rusty (Nathan’s dog)! This is our first Christmas in our new house. We usually have Christmas down in Ann Arbor, at my cousin’s house. I can’t wait till Christmas or Christmas Eve!! Celebrating Christmas Emily C.B. My family celebrates Christmas at my house, but on Christmas Day we go to my grandma’s house. On Christmas Eve we put presents under the tree. We also put up our stockings then. Finally my sister Louise and I go to bed. On Christmas Day we get up early. We go wake up my mom and dad. They come downstairs and we open presents. Then we have cinnamon rolls and coffeecake. Usually I get books for Christmas, so for awhile I read after breakfast. Then I go on the luge. The luge is our big sledding hill. When I am done it is time to go to my grandma’s house for dinner. I like what we do for Christmas. We celebrate New Year’s, which is also my sister’s birthday, by having a bonfire/luge party. It is really fun. Sometimes the party is a potluck dinner, too. We usually have 20-30 people there. Our New Year’s party is fun. Celebrating Christmas Miranda My family has Christmas at our house. We invite people over to come to our house Christmas Eve. My sister Meredith usually plays with her friend Taylor. My mom makes dinner at our house. After all of the kids have eaten they go outside to play. I go outside with them. We go sledding, have snowball fights, make snowmen, and I especially like the tunnel. The tunnel is at our house under some bushes. We crawl through the tunnel and out the other side. It is fun to climb over and around all the branches of the bushes. After we are done playing outside we come in, and have hot chocolate. Then we watch TV. My favorite part about Christmas Eve is when we crawl through the tunnel. |
Celebrating Christmas Jacob My family celebrates Christmas by staying home and opening gifts. On Christmas my family opens our gifts, and when were done we go to our grandma’s house and open gifts. When were at her house we visit our other relatives. When were there we also visit our uncle, aunt, and cousins. After were done visiting them we go home and play with are stuff. My brother Dakota loves Christmas because he gets lots of toys to play with. I get lots of stuff on Christmas too. Christmas is my favorite holiday! Celebrating Christmas Kelly Christmas is my favorite holiday! Every year we have Christmas at our house. Thomas and I are the first people to wake up on Christmas day. We wake up everybody after we are awake. My dad’s family and my mom’s family stay at our house. After we open presents we play outside in the snow. Then we have a party. Everyone comes to our house to eat. We like to show everybody what we got. Our Christmas is always crazy, but I like it. Photographs of us at the Christmas Program Celebrating Christmas Derek My family celebrates Christmas by going to my grandma’s house. I go to my other grandma’s house on Christmas eve. I go to my Grandma’s Browns on Christmas day. On Christmas day we open our presents. On Christmas day I go into my parents room and jump on the bed saying go up you fat cows. This is how we celebrate Christmas. Celebrating Christmas Curtis I love the holidays they are so much fun when you get to get together with your family! My family celebrates the holidays at our house, but we see our relatives to celebrate them before they come. I love Christmas the most. In my family we all get together with everyone and celebrate Christmas and Thanksgiving at the same time. It is kind of weird because one minute we are talking about thanksgiving and the next we are opening presents. This year we are celebrating it around Christmas time because my Aunt Margo and Uncle Tim couldn’t make it on thanksgiving. This year will be fun. Every year we go home and open presents in order from either youngest to oldest or oldest to youngest. It is so much fun and I know this year will be great. Celebrating Christmas Joe My family celebrates Christmas by all my family coming over on Christmas eave. The family that comes over is Tomas, Kelly, Uncle Tom, Aunt Sally, grandma, grandpa, and my grandpa’s friend. Santa comes over and gives us the Christmas presents that everyone brought! Then we open them! After my family leaves , we go to bed, and we wake up the next morning and we have more presents under the tree. I like celebrating Christmas.
Celebrating Christmas Jessa Each year my family
celebrates Christmas. We wake up on Christmas day
and open gifts. Then my mom cooks us a breakfast.
After breakfast I call my best friend Sarah Macpherson
to see what she got. Each year my family does a
family gift exchange. We all go to some ones house and
give our gifts. This year we are going to go to my Aunt
Kathy’s house for Christmas. We first have dinner.
Then after dinner we open gifts. Each year I get
something nice. Then we go back home. My brother and his
girlfriend Amy come over and we give them a gift. Last
year I got a black light from them.
