Today is the 100th day of school. It's one of the best years I have ever had, because I am in the same class with my friends, and we go on the most field trips and we go farther away. We have more bake sales than any other class does, and we have more fun. We get to go to Mackinac Island, Salvation Army, Good Behavior Ski Day, White Pine Village and we go to a lot more places this year. They all will be a lot of fun. It's also the best year because Mrs. Bennett is a good teacher.
I am glad I'm in 4th grade. We do a lot more things than last year. I have three teachers. Their names are Mrs. Bennett, Mrs. Brown and Mr. Neph. Mrs. Bennett is my home teacher. She teaches Language Arts, Mrs. Brown teaches math, Mr. Neph teaches science and Mrs. Bennett and Mrs. Brown teach S.S. We go on a lot of field trips if we earn enough money at our bake sales. So far we have gone on one field trip. That was to White Pine Village. I was on a party committee. Today is the 100th day of school.
I had a good year so far this year. I did a lot of stuff. We went to White Pine Village. The cool part about 4th grade is I am closer to being graduated and I can do a lot more stuff when I am graduated. I think 4th grade is pretty easy. I hope 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th are easy too, This year I have 22 kids in my class. Mrs. Brown has 9 of the 4th grade kids. I think it is a little weird that Mrs. Brown's kids aren't in our class. I can't wait until next year. |
Our class is writing 100 word paragraphs for the 100th day of school. The year started off bumpy but it got smoother as it went on, but there is still a chance it could get bumpier. My teacher is Mrs. Brown. She teaches math, but she is nice! My science teacher is Mr. Neph. My language arts teacher is Mrs. Bennett. My favorite subject is science! Our first field trip was to White Pine Village. It was all about Michigan a while back and how it worked then. Then it was good behavior ski day. I went with my little siblings.
This year I am in fourth grade. This school year has been grate so far. MY teachers are really nice. I love the school year because we got to go places we've never been to before. This year we got to go to White Pine Village. My favorite thing about school is math because I know that's something I'm good at. This year things have changed a bit because we only get two recesses. One thing I really like is we get parties. We get parties for almost every thing. I like our school and our teachers.
Today is the 100th day of school. Every 100th day we do these activities except this year. This year we are doing some Olympic activities because the Olympics are only once every four years. It is kind of the same because on the 100th day of school we do different games in the hallway. On the 100th day for some of the activities we look for pennies in the sand, make necklaces out of cereal, get to name 100 people, and for everything if you finish it you get a prize. That's what we do. |
