Fifth Grade Safety Patrolers
were signed in by the Sheriff's Department. They signed a document saying they would be responsible for young individuals safety around the buses and school. This is a very important duty.

What I do At Safety Patrol
Christian

At Safety Patrol I start at 2:50 and finish at 3:05. If little kids want to cross by themselves I have to tell them to wait because they have to cross with their mom or dad, big sister or brother. I have to wear a Safety Patrol belt. I have to be sure the kids are safe. When the bus leaves, I have to make sure the kids wait because they might get run over. That's what I do at Safety Patrol.
