On Thursday we went to Book Bowl. I was the captain of the Book Bowl Brats. When we got there we had to buy a lunch ticket and wait in the lunchroom until we were called to play. We won our fist game, and everyone was happy. Then our second game we lost. We even got one of the Onekama teams out. Our team came in fourth place. We did the best in Onekama and we beat over 18 teams.

We got out when we played the Book Busters, and we were out completely. I was so upset we lost I started to cry. The final winners were the MCC Sabers. They didn’t lose any games so that made me feel better. Maybe next year we will be able to win.

When We Went to BB (book bowl) I had a lot of fun since I went to Manistee schools last year I saw all of my old friends. The first game we played we won. The second game we played we lost. At lunch we could have chicken nuggets or make your own sub I had chicken nuggets they were really good. The next thing we did was go out side I played football. It seemed like the recess lasted a half an hour. Actually I think it did.

We finally played our last game and lost it. The final game winner was MCC we placed fourth BB was fun I’d like to do it again.

About a week ago we went to Book Bowl in Kennedy School. Book Bowl is where you read a bunch of books and compete in a competition against other teams. If you lose twice you are out. The teams who went all the way through the other teams win the championship.

My team was called The Spongebob Smartypants. My team was me, Alex, Kevin, Thomas, and Ricki. I was the captain. Our team only won one but we lost two. I thought we did pretty good. One team from Onekama came really far though. Then MCC ended up winning. I thought Book Bowl was fun I wish I could do it again.

When we went to Kennedy School for Book Bowl I was a little scared. When we got there we went into this little room to put all of our stuff. Then we got started they were telling teams who they would go against and where. When we first got to play we went against Kaleva we played really hard but they won. So we were put on the Loser Bracket.

When we played our second game we went against the Black Soldiers. We beat them and it made me feel good like we still have a chance to win. After that match we went up against Bear Lake. We won again. I was really happy. On our fourth match we went to play the Book Bowl Brats. We both played really hard but the Book Bowl Brats won. I got a little upset but it was a lot of fun.
