Today we went to Mr. and Mrs. Sievert to see how maple syrup is made. The first thing you do is drill two holes in a maple tree. Then you hook a hose from the tree to the bucket. Next you put it in two big tankes then you put them in boilers. After that you make syrup by puting it on a stove and put them in containers to settle. Then put them in bottles to sell. And you got serup.

We went to Mr. and Mrs. Sieverts to see how they make maple syrup. First they drill holes in the tree, then stick a plastic pipe in the tree so that the trees sap runs trough it into a bucket. After that he puts the sap into a large tank. Then he takes it to a smaller tank and boils it up to 219 degrees F. After that we got a little tub of tree tade maple syrupe.
