On the Oregon Trail Index: Feb. 21-March 15 we will travel west in "family groups of 3 or 4". Each member of the team will keep their own journal to records events along the trail. Some entries and photographs will be posted on our web.

Learning to Help Others: We are Learning to Give to our school and our community. Besides working at the recycle trailer, fifth graders take turns being Peacemakers. They help on the playground and in the cafeteria. Fifth graders also help at the Onekama Food Pantry once a month. Twelve fifth graders are members of the safety patrol. See their Swearing in Ceremony and read their comments about responsibility.
