Hello all old friends!
It's now October 2007, and I thought that I would update my comments on the alumni page. I check in every now and then to see if there is anything new (and noted that Mr. Hunter is having a good year with the Varsity team... Congratulations!) so when you do the same, please update your comment as well.

My wife Eunice and I have moved from Singapore after 3 years there, a tad south, to Jakarta in Indonesia. We have been here for 3 months now and are just starting to settle in. For those of you who know that Indonesia is the worlds most populous Muslim country, I can also add that it is a moderate such and that the overwhelming majority of people here are very receptive to foreigners. I would almost say 'the best', was it not for how well received I was once in a small town on the lake of Michigan!
The other most important fact is that there are over 40 golf courses in Jakarta!
For now, I'm extending an invitation for any Onekaman and Onekawoman to come and visit us if you are passing by on your way to Bali, Lombok or some other island here in the archipelago. And if you can not, I hope that when I make it back to Onekama - no later than for the 20th anniversary 2020 - I will find you all even more healthy, happy, and good looking than you were when we last met!

Karl Domres  emad@charter.net  Charity Bradford Domres wrote, Wow! it has been years since I have sent in an update. Karl and I have been married 12 year now and it is amazing the things that have happened in those 12 years.  We are still living in his Grandfather's farm house and have 3 children.  Elizabeth is 9 years old and in 3rd grade, Maggie is 7 and is in 2nd grade, and Adam is 4 and in preschool.  They all attend Onekama.  We are very involved in 4-H (3 horses, 1 donkey, 3 pygmy goats, 2 rabbits, and 1 dog), Dance and Ukulele.  In my spare time, I am starting my 9th year with my sign business.  Karl is now working for Elmer's Crane and Dozer in Traverse City and is enjoying it.
