Emily Heikkinen

Some of her highlights include guiding the host and TV crew of the Travel Channel on a trek through Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park in California that aired internationally; teaching skiing at Coronet Peak in New Zealand, Crested Butte, CO and Keystone, CO; TV weather person on Channel 28 in Crested Butte; and, a ski school supervisor at Beaver Creek Resort, CO. Emily will be teaching skiing full time at Beaver Creek during the winter of 2005-06. Her summer employment is with Western Spirit of Moab, UT www.westernspirit.com guiding back-country mountain bike trips in the western states. Emily’s other interests are backpacking, cross country skiing, and ice hockey.
